my name is Gabrielle

30 poems in 30 days – challenge day 1 write an acrostic poem.

use the letters in ur name to start each line.

the poem should not be about you or your name. good luck!

god gave us seven days to figure it out

after all, should we not also be divine?

bearing wisdom beyond fingers, knees and toes

rife with boundless questions even in paradise

initially timeless, the enormity of infinity overwhelming

eventually someone had to make the first move

lilith left, disgusted, unimpressed

let me love the devil instead

eve remained blamed, oppressed while adam slept

This is a poem using yesterday’s prompt.  Today, I will post another.  I am going to try and do the 30 poems in 30 days challenge.  You should too!  I would love to see your acrostic poems.
